Black r21turbo

hi everyone i bought my first 21turbo a few months back bein sat at a garage were they was supposidly changing the brake/clutch hydraulics from phase 2 to phase 1 but they have given up as the guy not having much time so got my cash back. Supposidly its ready apart from some modification to the clutch pedal are something,then disaster some stupid son of a b***h tried to steal it breaking two windows even tho the doors were unlocked due 2 battery bein flat nickin a dump valve which was bust an nickin some old 6x9s, also smashed the speedo etc in trying to break steerin coloum even tho their was no clutch are brakse.They gave up everntualy an nicked a astra van.If anyone can help with sorting the brakes an clutch hydraulics i have got all the interior parts.PLZ HELP MEas i want it on the road as i only know one guy near me with a 21turbo. also anyone come accross my 21t reg number K898 MCR. Will get sum pics next time i go over to garage.owt else u want to know jus send a message thanks

I've got a brand new early phase 2 clutch pedal, it won't require any modifications to fit the phase 1 master cylinder and it allows you to keep your foot rest next to the clutch pedal. Pm me if your interested.

hello just read your msg my 21 turbo has the reg K825MCR just wondered if you may have got the reg slightly wrong.Due to my fans conking out las Saturday and somhow managing to crack my expansion bottle wondering if anyone out there has a spare or is breaking a 21.

The two reg number are different.

21t reg number K898 MCR

Expansion tanks can be bought from renault for about 30 quid. If you want a second hand one get one from a phase 1 clio and simply swap the caps over. :splits:

As for the fans, Dave L485 is organising a group buy for slim line fans.

Can you use renault 5 expansion tanks?

you can use a 5 gt turbo expansion tank

Just swap the caps over so you still have the blue top.

Got good news cars nearly fixed at last 4 months l8 like but least its nearly ready will b ready for 9th of june wen hes bak off holiday then i jus got new pads and discs to fit an 2 tyres an then in for mot after i got it running sweet , any recomendations for gud cheap tyres size 205/40/17 i think they are might be wrong will have 2 check an sum good cheap disc an pads as i think the engine is standard so dont need 2 do a mega upgrade:yup:

yokahama a539 are good but ain't cheap other then that u get what u pay 4. and disc's and pads go 2 euro car parts cheap and good quality

Dont go uber cheap otherwise you'll end up in a ditch.....if it were me on a slight budget I'd go for the Toyo T1S tyres - very good tyre at an equally good price!!!! :mrgreen:
