like it says as some of u may or may not know i am in the process of putting a new built engine into my phze 1 and after spending yet another evening on it i have foound that the throttle postion sensor that i was going to use is shot the wiring has shed it's sleaving where it comes out of the sensor housing and is corroded
i need either a replacement sensor( it's the red coloured one which has the wires coming out of the sensor and they conect via a 3 pin plug under the inlet manifold to the loom)
or i have a black tps here that came off of an E plate phze 1
but the 3 pin connector is on the sensor itself ( no lead running from it to under the manifold)which means i will have to alter the wiring ( extend the loom to meet the sensor and change the plug)
is the wiring the same on the black one's as it is on the red one's i.e i just need to extend the realavant wires from under the manifold to the connector on the sensor or do it need to use the red one
HELP PLEASE GUYS AND GIRLS WANT OT GET HER RUNNING AGAIN:fuming: :fuming: :fuming: :fuming: :fuming:
