Should be pretty easy mate, thought about it myself. Pity there isnt something a bit more structural between the front slam and the turret, where were you thinking or anchoring them?

what u need is an astra g kit from lmfvauxhall.com.

there are 2 angle brakets in the kit these mount just under the front crossmember

after this with bonnet up remove bonnet lineing and mark on struts under bonnet where to put the bolt with the ball on it now drill a small hole and slowly work up to an 8mm drill bit (becarfull not to push hard on the drill or u will hit the bonnet. On the passenger side of the bonnet (drivers side for u jo lol) you'll need to cut the bolt down so not to hit the bonnet. You'll need to glue a large washer to the nut but not to as it has to fit though the hole then get the nut on the inside and line up with hole i used a small magnet to hold it, then wind the bolt with the ball into the nut with a big washer too put a spanner on the nut and tighten the bolt (on the drivers side or passernger side for jo you'll need to grind a very small amout out of the hole so u can fit the spanner in. once this is done fit the gas struts and your done.
